Norwich Lanes salon Flint wins
2 prestigious hair awards

On Tuesday 20th May 2014, Robyn Dixon-King and Sophie Morter from Norwich Lanes hair salon Flint each scooped an award at the Wella Trend Vision 2014 Regional finals for the South of England.

From over 900 entries, 180 entrants were selected to present their work live at regional shows, with 36 finalists eventually chosen to go ahead and fight for the chance to represent the UK at the international final.
Each year, entrants are tasked with interpreting one of the trends defined by Wella Professionals – this year being Urban Native and Borderline Beauty. Entrants can participate in either the Young Talent or Color category.
Robyn was one of 16 participants to get through in the Colour category and Sophie was one of 20 participants in the Young Talent Award.

The National final will take place in October 2014 at London Roundhouse and will be hosted by DJ and TV presenter Jo Whiley

Conor O'Brien, owner of Flint said: "We are delighted to see two members of our team get through to the next stage and have their amazing talent recognised by the industry. We are now very excited making plans for the National finals."
