A Year of Growth, Green Efforts, and Giving Back - 2025 at FLINT Salon in Norwich

As we take a moment to reflect on the year that's flown by, we're filled with gratitude for all the incredible milestones and the wonderful people who’ve been a part of our journey in 2025. From our sustainability efforts - working with eco-conscious brands and sustainable products - to making a difference in the community, this year has been one to remember for everyone at FLINT.

Sustainability & Green Efforts

We’ve always believed in doing our bit for the planet, and this year, we've made huge strides in reducing our environmental impact. Partnering with Green Salon Collective has been a game-changer, and we’re thrilled to share these numbers with you:

109.98kgs of waste diverted from landfills in 2025, which equals a 35.56kg saving in CO2e.

A total of 623.22kgs diverted and 201.5kg of CO2e saved since we began this journey with them. Every little bit counts, and we’re proud to be doing our part!

We couldn’t have done it without the amazing support of our team and clients who help us stay committed to sustainability. From our eco-friendly products to the simple act of recycling, it's all adding up to a greener future. Read more about sustainability at FLINT.

Refill Revolution

In 2025, we’ve refilled 100 bottles of shampoo and conditioner, helping to reduce single-use plastic waste. It’s a small change, but it’s making a big difference! Every bottle counts, and we love seeing our guests embrace sustainable beauty.

We Made Over 8,000 of You Smile

We’ve had the privilege of welcoming over 8,000 visitors to our salon this year (and counting!). Whether you’ve been with us since day one or you’re a first-time guest at FLINT, we’re so grateful for your support. It’s been a pleasure to get to know each of you, and we can’t wait to see even more familiar (and new!) faces in the years to come.

Giving Back to the Community

Conor’s work with Charity Haircuts for Homeless continues to inspire us all. This year, Conor brought a smile to over 30 guests at the St Martins Trust, providing free haircuts and a sense of dignity to those who need it most. It’s moments like these that remind us of the power of community and the difference we can make when we come together.

Celebrating Local Talent

This year, we’ve also had the honour of hosting a number of talented local artists and authors, showcasing everything from Burlesque photography to exquisite lighting design. Supporting our local creatives is something we’re passionate about, and it’s been a joy to open our doors to such diverse and inspiring talents. The energy they've brought to the space has been incredible, and we’re excited to continue these collaborations into next year!
