Hope was so incredibly lovely and made me feel at ease straight away! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting my hair done. I had my hair dyed with them, and they talked me through the process at each step and always made sure I was comfortable. They even offered to trim my hair at the... end to make sure it was just how I like it. I’m autistic which makes me shy and quiet, so I always get nervous about things like hair appointments because I’m worried that I’ll come across rude or awkward, but I never felt like there was any awkwardness between us, and I didn’t feel any pressure to engage in small talk during the appointment. They allowed my partner to come and sit with me which was nice too. I love my hair and I can’t thank Hope enough for the time they offered and their attentiveness and care!!
