I had such a positive experience with Katie at Flint and I’m absolutely delighted with my hair. From my initial consultation right through to the finished result, Katie was professional, patient and took such great care with my hair.

My existing colour was quite difficult to lift, so Katie carried out a strand test beforehand and was very honest about what could safely be achieved without compromising the condition of my hair. On the day, she took her time through every stage of the process and I never felt that anything was being rushed.

The appointment took several hours, but Katie was attentive throughout and really listened to what I wanted. She managed to soften my previous colour and create a beautiful lighter, dimensional brown while still keeping my hair looking healthy and natural.

I’m so pleased with the result and really appreciate the care and attention Katie gave me from start to finish. I would happily recommend her and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Katie!

Great cut! Loved everything about this visit, the staff, the salon, the products. The wash ddnt leave my neck in pain (great chairs) and the cut was so considered and technically done well that I will definitely come back! Connor was great to chat to but I also loved that went quiet and clearly concentrated on the job in hand! Great stuff, thanks guys, see you in three months xxx

After trying a few places around Norwich, I stumbled upon Flint and I can say that it is the most fabulous salon in the city. Truly an amazing, warm team from the front desk to the stylist chair. Rachel was incredible- heard me and advised me throughout. The result? The best haircut I've had in years. Getting compliments left, right, and center. Happy to have found "my place" in Norwich, finally!
