Conor
Owner
Conor is passionate about cutting hair, design and generally the integration of tradition into the modern world.
He trained in Norwich and soon moved to London to further his career. Based at Clerkenwell's Fourth Floor, where he cut hair for over 25 years he gained a very loyal following but decided on returning to Norwich to create Flint with his partner Rocio.
Conor is the salon owner, he is a very technical cutter and his attention to detail is paramount. As well as his passion for hairdressing he is a keen cyclist.
Talor
Senior Stylist & Colourist
With over 20 years of experience in the hair industry, Talor brings a wealth of experience both in colouring and cutting.
Originating from New Zealand where he started his career, he then worked in London for 9 years where he has attended various courses both with Wella and Davines.
Rachel
Stylist
Rachel is our talented Level 3 stylist. She has been trained at Flint to our same standards and has completed a number of Sassoon courses.
Rachel applies a considered and methodical approach to all aspects of her work and enjoys working all hair textures.

Hope
Stylist and Colourist
Hope is our talented Level 2 stylist & colourist. She has been trained at Flint to our same standards, and has completed training at Sassoon's, Wella Academy and the Bumble and Bumble academy.
Hope has a degree in Fine Art and is passionate about creating an inclusive space within the hairdressing industry.

Arabella
Graduate Stylist and Colourist
Bella graduated with top marks in June 2024 and has been creating a wide range of cuts and colours ever since.
She enjoys cutting and colouring with a mixture of classic and more creative work and is definitely one to watch.
Evie
Junior Graduate Stylist
Level 1 Stylist fresh from completing intensive Vidal Sassoon London Academy training, Evie has been producing beautiful technical haircuts and has a fun and professional approach to her work.

Lexi is our most recent apprentice currently completing her final year.

Lisa is a Senior cutter and has been based at Flint since 2013. Previously, she worked at Norwich salons including Impact and John Oliver where she completed her training.

Sam is an accomplished stylist and educator, specialising in all types of short haircuts including fades, beard trims and textured styles.
Sam splits his time between Norwich, Cambridge and London amassing a dedicated following for those seeking a precise and highly skilled approach to short haircuts. Appointments can be secured with him on a Tuesday at Flint.

Wedding Hair Specialist
Since 2009, Amy has styled hair for over 800 weddings, bringing both experience and creativity to every bride she works with.
Her journey began at rockabilly music weekenders, where her love of vintage-inspired looks first took root. After training at London's first vintage hair salon, she developed a signature style: modern bridal hair with a touch of red carpet glamour.
Today, Amy specialises in modern bridal hair with a touch of timeless glamour - drawing inspiration from both vintage icons and modern red-carpet elegance. Whether it's a polished updo or sophisticated Hollywood waves, she brings creativity, precision, and a personal touch to every bride she works with.'
