At Flint, we believe in nurturing the next generation of hairdressers. Each week, our talented junior team hones their craft through supervised training sessions, held every Tuesday and Wednesday from 4pm. We're always on the lookout for models to join us on this creative journey.

If you're open to a fresh new look, you can enjoy complimentary haircuts and discounted colour services by becoming a model for our trainees. It’s a unique opportunity to experience salon-quality treatments at a fraction of the price - while supporting the stars of tomorrow as they perfect their skills under the guidance of our expert colourists.

Please note: If you're new to colour or it's been more than six months since your last colour visit with us, we kindly ask that you come in for an allergy alert test at least 48 hours before your appointment.
