Salon Policies

To ensure the smooth running of our salon, we have put a number of important policies in place.  Please take a few minutes to read through these policies so you are prepared for your next appointment at Flint Hair Salon. 

Cancellations

We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy at Flint Hairdressers in Norwich. Failure to cancel within that time will incur a 50% charge. However, we will stay in touch with you in the lead-up to your appointment to ensure you are prepared for your visit.

Hair Colouring: Allergy Alert Testing

If you are new to hair colour or have not visited us in the past 6 months or longer for a colour appointment, it is important you pop in for an allergy alert test. This is a quick patch test to see if you are sensitive or allergic to any of the colouring products we use.  Your allergy alert test must be at least 48 hours before your colour appointment.
