Hope was so incredibly lovely and made me feel at ease straight away! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting my hair done. I had my hair dyed with them, and they talked me through the process at each step and always made sure I was comfortable. They even offered to trim my hair at the end to make sure it was just how I like it. I’m autistic which makes me shy and quiet, so I always get nervous about things like hair appointments because I’m worried that I’ll come across rude or awkward, but I never felt like there was any awkwardness between us, and I didn’t feel any pressure to engage in small talk during the appointment. They allowed my partner to come and sit with me which was nice too. I love my hair and I can’t thank Hope enough for the time they offered and their attentiveness and care!! I’ll definitely be coming back when I can ☺️

Had my hair cut by apprentice Evie today and WOW. I hate having my hair cut and often result to hacking at it myself but I thought I’d bite the bullet and get it done. From start to finish Evie was a dream, being an apprentice I was apprehensive but I was thrilled with the results. I haven’t had such a good experience even with fully qualified hairdressers. Friendly, talented and trust worthy. Evie I will be back !

It’s always a pleasure to visit here and get my hair done. The staff are lovely and very professional. The products used are non damaging and of a high quality. My family all come here for hair dying, cuts and styling. The owner also has an eye for art work and interior design which adds to its ambience!
