Flint is a hair salon and retail space nestled in the Norwich Lanes in a beautiful building spread over three floors.

We offer high quality hair cutting and colouring services in a relaxed environment but occasionally we work with other creatives. The disciplines may be different but the mindsets are the same. We also offer a range of carefully curated products including hair care, fragrances, gifts and art prints.

“We are about keeping a cut simple and well structured, paying attention to every detail and, ultimately, giving people a haircut they can wash and go” explains Conor.  

A dedicated team works alongside Conor at the salon, and they offer services including cuts and colour. Our stylists have many years of experience and a wealth of education, which is key to our values.

Over the last 10 years we have also hosted a number of local and national artists to share our interest with our clients, and support the community. 

As a sustainable salon we constantly review our systems and social impact. We are proud to work with the likes of Davines, a BCorp and the Green Salon Collective to manage our waste.
