Our team has been trained to help better support clients who may experience salon environments differently. We recognise that sensory experiences, communication styles and social interaction can affect everyone differently, and we approach every appointment with patience, empathy and understanding.

The aim is never to make assumptions, but to create an environment where clients feel safe expressing what helps them feel comfortable.

We know that salon visits can feel daunting for some people, especially if previous experiences haven’t felt accommodating or understanding. That’s why consultations are such an important part of what we do.

Proud to Support Neuro-Inclusive Education Within the Industry

We are also incredibly proud of our stylist, Brandy Powell, who has gone on to create Salon Spectrum Education - a platform dedicated to helping salons better understand neuro-inclusive consultations and sensory-aware salon experiences.

Through her education and lived experience, Brandy helps salons learn practical ways to create calmer, more supportive environments for both clients and stylists. Her work focuses on improving communication, reducing sensory overwhelm and helping clients feel more comfortable and understood during appointments.
